In running news

I decided to give in and purchase a pair of SuperFeet. SuperFeet inserts limit pronation while running. For women runners the temptation to pronate is deeply seated in their anatomy, so we pretty much have little chance without some external support.
I have been putting it off for months, no years, as I thought that as I got stronger my spastic running pattern might improve. However, after seeing both photos and hearing accounts of what I look like when I run.....I decided it was time to try.
I ran on the treadmill with them today, but the true test will be my next road run.
Still trying to decide on upcoming runs and also upcoming continuing education classed. however, if you refer to the previous blog....I am waiting until "after the test" :P
