As previously noted in my March 7th post I have an *issue* with shoes, handbags, accessories, clothes.....you know.....girl stuff :P
In other news.....Tommy and I go see Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood tomorrow night. It should be a great show. I am def excited to have a night out with Bubba and maybe even more excited to go have sushi before the concert!
Well, I got a little annual bonus last week and wanted to spoil myslef a bit (as if I am not spoiled in general by my husband and family. I rationalized $100 or less.....and these are what I got.....thank goodness for eBay by the way!

It will be an exciting night.
Saturday Bubba embarks on his journey, or as told to me by my friend Vicki "Baby bird needs to spread his wings" :) Thanks for that Vicki, it did actually help me in dealing with him leaving.
Bright and early Sunday morning Mom will accompany me to the Shamrock'n 1/2 marathon that I am *hoping* to run in 1 hour 30 minutes or less. That measures out to a solid 8 minute mile throughout the entire race. It is going to be a challenge. Hopefully my emotions and adrenaline can make it happen.....I suppose I will need my legs too :P

You hang in there, sister bird! And good luck with the run! Be sure to get plenty of corned beef and cabbage afterwards to refuel. :)
