*I must admit that I have returned to street running, only twice this week. I treadmill-ed the other days. I found a new route, in a much more secure location and now carry my phone and pepper spray. However, just for fun this morning I tried a moment of "the Phoebe" run, seriously....you MUST try it :)
*We are headed to Tahoe this weekend for a wedding of a classmate from PT school. It is to be held at Squaw Valley, which is a top location in Tahoe, should be fun.
*I am DRAGGING today after waking up 30 minutes prior to my alarm the last 3 days!
*I turn 28 this Sunday....all I can say is wow. The years keep flying by, unreal.

P.S. I have been thinking about doing the 'Phoebe' as it appears to be quite expressive :-)
Holy shit, I would pay cold hard cash to see the Phoebe run in person!
