A quick update....and more to come.....

Chris and I got home last night from our impromptu trip to Las Vegas. As mentioned in previous blogs I wasn't WILD about going. I felt that if I was going to have to take time off I would much rather use it to go to Seattle...but I knew how much Chris likes it there and agreed.
When I talked to Chris on Friday morning he told me....there was good news, another couple was going and made last minute reservations. I was glad to hear there would be another couple and knew it would be tons of fun.
Friday night rolls around and we are all ready to go out for a night on the town....the girls and I are dressed up, had a cocktail (or two) and Chris lets us know he made a mistake and checked the other couple in....so we'll have to wait for them from the airport to give them room keys. The other girls and I are taking photos, hanging out in front of The Venetian when Chris goes.... "they're here".....
I am looking all over and then out of the corner of my eye......

He and Chris pulled off a surprise of epic proportions....of course Mom knew too.
Needless to say that made the trip entirely different than I expected and I can honestly say it was one of the BEST trips we have had. We played golf, showed Tommy around, it was fab.
I will post some pics once I get them off the camera.....
So to my hubby and bubba and Mom.....strong work. That was one HECKUVA surprise!
