Since my last post already! However, the title is fitting for the next few weeks for Chris and I.
He leaves this Monday for a week long class in Stockton, so it will be just me and the peanut dog :P this week. When he returns on Friday night we have a wedding to attend, then a Cal football game Saturday and my last long run next Sunday (only 10, woohoooo!). Out of the next 3 weeks we will have about 5 days together.....thank goodness for those days, but dang if we don't have a million things to get done! Sometimes it is amazing how busy life is, and we don't even have kids to worry about! On that note......
I have been thinking a lot of my friends Dusty and Miss in LA with all the news about the fires down south......please send thoughts to them and their 4 beautiful daughters for safety in the fires which are close to them.
The weeks are literally flying by and I am not so sure where this year even went. As the days pass I feel the anxiety about the marathon sink in.....I have reviewed the course at least a hundred times, and I really look forward to the experience, but man am I nervous!
On an exciting note.....I think Chris and I are going to head over to the new expansion at our local mall, then I get to get pampered a bit and have my hair done! Should be a pretty relaxing day.....and after ANOTHER all day class in Oakland yesterday.....I need it!
Happy weekend to you all....
