My Confessions....

...Or maybe more aptly titled "My obsessions".....
Each day/week/month/year I feel my personal style evolving....changing..... I ♥ to change my look...a lot. Ha! I have never been afraid of pushing the envelope of what I like and searching relentlessly until I find it. I have come to terms with the idea that I adore black. SO much of my wardrobe is black and I am ok with it. Yes, I love to punch it up with plashes of color or a CRAZY belt or accessory, but black and white prevail in my wardrobe. I think I am classically drawn to the retro icons of the past and these colors symbolize that to me.
None the less here are my fall obsessions...the confession is that I have re-worked A LOT of my wardrobe. Thanks to vintage stores and bargain hunting I am SO pleased with my fall pallet and new additions....
Polka Dots. ♥ them. Can't get enough....navy/white, black/white, fuchsia/black..bring it!

Knee high slouch boots. These make style effortless. Leggings....tunic....chunky jewelry. ♥.

Sequins. I am the quintessential sparkle freak. If it has sparkles I'm sure to love it. Seriously. I die for sparkle. I have no idea where the obsession came from.....but my wardrobe this fall contains a TON of sparkle...old style....vintage....glam 80's. I can't get enough. I would wear sequins or sparkles every day if I could.

I know not everyone agrees with me on this, but faux fur is amazing. It's animal friendly and can turn a so-so outfit to a so-chic outfit immediately. I will be wearing mine non-stop this fall and winter....count on it.
Plaids are back. It started with the checker pattern and has evolved into full blown plaid overload. It's literally everywhere. These blouses are sheer...turning a manly plaid into a whimsy look suited perfectly for layering.
