I am in the midst of my two highest mileage week with my peak next week.
Mantra's, ice and those around me keep me going.
As I ran through the pitch black of the morning I had brief moments of thought about...

Positivity, vision, belief and spirit.

Seems I have some new mantra's thanks to Buzz!
