Favorite Things January

Iron Fist Pumps
These were a sneaky gift from Mom and Dad after a tweet about them well before the holidays. They may look tortuous to the foot, but they are super comfy and I love the subtle shimmer!
Prada- Infusion D'Iris
A sample fell out of a Macy's mailer and when I let Chris smell it he said one word.
Mexico.
It reminds us both of the amazing venue were we spent our honeymoon, just one whiff and we are racing through the memories!

Tyler Candles- Air Freshener
When I was gifted a Tyler Candle Co. reed diffuser, my life changed. This is THE best smelling candle, diffuser, air-freshner, hands down. I purchased my first air freshener for the car and every morning and afternoon the aromatherapy immediately puts a smile on my face!

Daisy Fuentes Volumizing Finishing Spray
This was a Christmas gift and the smell alone is dreamy! Not to mention the mega shine it adds to my hair. I've always wanted shiny hair and with this....I get it and it smells amazing to boot!

Frosted Mini Wheats- Chocolate
Yes, I am a cereal addict. No, I don't regularly buy any sugar with more than 6g of sugar per serving. However, I saw these and decided a little handful a day would give me my sugar fix...and it is well worth it!

Mott's Sugar Free Applesauce
After my recent mouth surgery my dietary choices were limited. Applesauce became a staple and it has stuck with me! I enjoy a little cup every afternoon with lunch and it is so yummy!

Homemade applesauce is the best - I love to make it with braeburn apples, and the prep time if you have a super husband that will help with the peeling takes about 10 minutes (6-8 apples for us) and an hour cooking time. Store bought has nothing on fresh :-)

Ooooh! I'm totally going to grab some Tyler Candle Co products! I'm addicted to Voluspa candles, but they burn too quick and are too expensive. Nice to have some options. :)

A fun look at some of your*favorite* things...
(Aren't Moms and Dads great for finding out and giving sweet surprises :o)

Yep...fragrances and music can bring back memories and also are wonderful for "transport" us back to those special times!
---my hubby LOVES cereal!...to snack on any time...he does pick all the healthy ones :o) And to think, when he was a kid, his favorites were Lucky Charms and Coco Puffs (not so healthy! lol)
We like homemade applesauce and the Mott's green apple type.

Blessings & Aloha!
Thank you for your visit! And your sweet words about the quilt :o)
