This stuff is just that, pure bliss. Dairy free AND sugar free, this little treat is devine!
The vegetable I've always wanted to try but never was brave enough. I add this to shakes and also use it as a spinach substitute in scrambled eggs, omelets or salads. Don't be afraid!
SO Delicious Coconut Milk
This stuff lasts and lasts and thanks to Tommy's idea I use this over my frozen berries (see below) to get a sweet fix. Chris has been adding it to his oatmeal instead of milk or brown sugar!
After decided I would not drink Muscle Milk any longer (thanks arsenic!) I found this and tried supplementing as my post long-run recovery drink. It is working like a charm!
Mixed Frozen Berries
Whether they are a base for a tasty shake or just plain with a splash of coconut milk and a handful of shredded almonds, these are a quick fruit treat!
Viva Glam Gaga 2
I had to add at least one, non food item this month! The most recent Viva Glam campaign has Lady Gaga coming out with her second color. 100% of the proceeds are donated by MAC to the AIDS foundation as well.

OK, so we may have to try the kale... I keep hearing so much about it!
I like the coconut milk option and I already enjoy the almond breeze...
LOVE kale and swiss chard! A new love of mine is also coconut milk but coconut milk ice cream...yes please, I'll be trying this ASAP. Interesting to hear about Muscle Milk since I drink that after a long run too, I may have to rethink that! I'm going to pick your brain in Vegas :)
