......in my dreams :) I just had to post this, mostly for myself. Today has been a dump of a day after deciding not to take a pain pill before bed, I awoke this morning and have been paying for my decision all day. My neck seems to be back to square one, just when I thought I was making some headway.
Anyways, tonight is my Pilate's class. My instructor does a meditation at the end and often urges us to find a "happy" thought or moment.....the music is typically something "mystic" and I find myself picturing the beach in Mexico on our honeymoon.
A girl can dream right!?!
