"Excuse Me Sir"

Chris was actually home last night! After being gone since Monday and then working today of course....so we are catching up during dinner and he goes....wanna hear something funny? Try me.
Apparently as he was driving home from the gym he was pulled over by the Lincoln Police Department. Literally, he could see the house from where he got pulled over.
The Officer comes up to the car and says "your car matches the description of a reported vehicle driving slow in the neighborhood."
Chris: Well, I do live around the corner, so I suppose someone could have called, I left about an hour ago.
Officer: License and registration please.
Chris: Hmm, ok.
Officer: I'll be right back.....
Officer goes to run Chris' license and alas a second unit shows up, a motorcycle cop.
Chris: Aw geez.
Officer: So you live in the area?
Chris: Yeah (pointing to house) right there. My address IS on my license.
Officer: Well, someone reported a similar vehicle driving slowly in the neighborhood.
Chris: The speed limit IS 25 in a residential, so I suppose that could be slow. I left for the gym an hour ago and am just getting home.
Officer: Ok, well. I guess that's all then.
Chris: ?
We are glad to know our neighborhood is being patrolled....but we look forward to asking Bubba what the protocol on this one is :D
