I felt compelled to post as I am a bit ticked at Kaiser. They have locked us out of social networking sights, Internet photos and live video streams of the inauguration. Yes, I know I should not feel entitled to access any of these things at work. However, this is history people. Come on. With most Americans needing to be at work today you'd think there would be a little leniency on this. Think again.
Anyhow. I am writing with melancholy feelings. I did my 16-mile run on Sunday despite being doubled over most of Saturday "praying to the porcelain God". I felt decent on Sunday afterwards but my 8-miles this morning.....well, I would have rather gone to the Dentist. It was not a nice run. I did it. It's over. Now stinking Kaiser is locking me out from the World. Grrrr.
The good news is that I know the week can only go up from here.
Cheers to the week, cheers to the changes for America this week.....
It's a new day.....

I feel your pain...I was pretty pissed when I tried to log on today too.
You poor thing, did you have the tummy bug that is going around? I would have brought you some gatorade and chicken soup! You should always call!
As for being locked out, I am actually surprised that you have had this much access or no one is "watching". I was always very weary of going to those sights working for the county. They always "threatened" that they were watching us! Who knows.....but that is a bummer you missed stuff today.
I HATE throwing up!!! I feel for ya!!!
Bre got to watch the inauguration at school. They took them into the MP room. She said they got to sit in chairs and have a cup of water. LOL! I was glad that they did that.
The good thing is that they will be re-playing it over and over so you'll get to see it. :o)
