I distinctly recall my first concert experience. I think I was 13 or 14 years old. A group of friends and I were lucky enough to be escorted by my Mom to see George Strait at Arco Arena. It was an interesting night. I had just gotten glasses and accidentally left them on the car seat while I jetted out to ring the doorbell as we picked up a friend. Needless to say they were sat on and the side screw holding the frame together broke. I spent the entire concert holding the two ends of the frame together so I could see. If only we had masking tape it would have solidified my role in the "Geek Squad"
Fast forward a few years and my concert experiences have increased and included live reggae, live jazz, live pop, live country...I've been pretty lucky. However, one artist I have not been able to see....my beloved Lady GaGa. She has been in Northern California several times. The most recent time, I had a 1/2 marathon the next morning...so I sadly knew I could not attend the concert. Then there was the "Fame Kills Tour" that was cancelled AFTER I secured my tickets.

Finally my day came to see her.....
