My training is ramping up to the highest levels. I start each run with, "let this be a healthy run" as the fear of injury is still fresh in my mind. I will be thinking of "Alis Grave Nil" as I run. The plan is to put in some miles on the HK50 course so I become more familiar with it and can pre-plan some of my routes.
