I tried my first pair of Moeben sleeves nearly one year ago. I ♥ed them then and I still do! At my recent marathon they shielded my arms from the sun's rays and also kept me feeling somewhat stylish. They also held some of my important GU and gum which kept me going on race day.

Yes, I am a bit of a running shoe junkie. This comes as no surprise. Ever since trying the Brooks T6 and using them to get through my injury I have become sold on the idea of a minimal shoe with hopes of limiting heel striking. I do really love the Kinvara. For a minimal shoe they offer great padding, and are stylish to boot.

I swore I would never run in Nike's. Literally. I have not had a pair of Nike shoes in many, many years. However, the LunarGlide's kept getting such rave reviews I thought I would try them out. They are certainly heavier than the Kinvara and the T6 but the are sturdy and durable. I have used them on street on trail and am so far impressed.
I often struggle getting down GU as the miles add up. However, this fruity treat goes down so easy for me. I really like the lightness and limited chalky taste to this new flavor.
Mom and Dad bought this cap for me awhile back and I almost forgot about it. It was tucked away with my 'fall' running clothes and I recently re-discovered it. I am all about trying to stay visible on those dark morning runs and with my headlamp and this cap I am covered on both sides!
