This month absolutely FLEW by! We started the month off arriving in Seattle on my birthday and shared a wonderful breakfast with Ma&Pa as well as the newlyweds-to-be
Of course this is on the favorite's of April list. The wedding was amazing, the bride gorgeous and the celebration spectacular. I was lucky to share most of the day as a bridesmaid with Linds and her Mom as well as Momma Bear and it was great!
We spent three days home before we took off for BOSTON!
Regina Pizzeria
This place came highly recommended so we arrived early for lunch and sat under a heated lamp until they let us in. This place is tiny but complete with a brick oven and had AMAZING pizza. I could've eaten that pizza every day!
The Boston Marathon
This also has to be on the April list. It's been two April's now that I have gone and this year was even better. We navigated the city with more confidence and rode the MBTA like old pro's.
New England Clam Chowder
No, not the store bought variety. The actual, sitting in Massachusetts, with a steaming bowl of amazing clam chowdah variety. I would say I am generally not a huge fan, but I got a small bowl nearly everywhere we went. When in Massachusetts....

American River Parkway Half Marathon
April drew to an end spending 13.1 miles along the American River running with Mom. This race (and month) were all the more special as Chris and I were finally able to share the news with family (on my birthday....in Seattle.....and on Easter) that we are expecting!
All of our April adventures became a little more special and it was SO nice to share the news with everyone this month!
It might also explain all the pizza and clam chowder this month

wait. what?!? Congratulations I had no idea! I know over the years you've been on the fence on children, so this is amazing news (to me). Being a mommy is incredible - so much joy! I'm looking at my little sweetheart Kailyn gibber gabbering on Jason's legs and my heart just swells with love. Can't wait to hear more!!!
